Special machines are designed and built by Wirths & Werres in Wuppertal-Cronenberg, in the Bergisches Land, close to Solingen, Remscheid, Schwelm, Velbert and the Ruhr area. Fixtures, grippers and prototypes are also made by Lungmetall in Kottenheim.

3D design, in-house manufacturing of the parts, assembly and testing. Drives such as screw jacks come from our own production.
Do you also build fixtures?
Yes, for example assembly and test fixtures as well as polishing fixtures with 1 to 30 bars and a 0 to 120° tilt range.
How does a special machinery project work?
You describe the task. We clarify feasibility and concept, then design, manufacture, assemble and test the machine before delivery.
