Carl Wilhelm Cleff is founded in Wuppertal.
Wirths & Werres is founded in Wuppertal-Cronenberg.
C.E. Schneckenflügel starts making screw flights in Edewecht.
Marcel Nölle and Leonard Nolte found Painit Asset Management. Wirths & Werres joins the group.
Painit Asset Management is named Young Company of the Year at the Wuppertal Business Award.

Who is behind the group
Marcel Nölle and Leonard Nolte run the companies themselves, day to day and for the long term. Painit Steel Group is owned by their Painit Asset Management in Wuppertal.
Marcel Nölle
Strategy, IT, key accounts, quality assurance and design
Managing director within the group. Makes sure drawing, production and inspection fit together and customer requirements are implemented the same way at every plant.
Leonard Nolte
Finance, controlling, sales and marketing, HR and AI
Managing director within the group. Connects the plants commercially, builds sales and HR together and brings AI into quoting, purchasing and administration.
