FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How thick can the material be?
At 4,000 bar we cut material up to around 230 mm thick. The working area is 4,000 × 2,200 mm.
Which materials can be cut?
Metals including titanium, plus stone, glass and plastic.
When is waterjet better than laser?
Waterjet cutting is a cold process. The material structure at the cut does not change, and very thick or heat-sensitive materials can be cut. For thinner sheets in series, laser is usually faster.
